Our Roofing History

2015

Introduced to the Roofing Industry

In 2015, FOX was introduced to the industry through a hail storm that hit Lake Travis area. Education and knowledge ramped up quickly and we began to notice several customer service and quality issues with companies that were currently in the market. Over charging, not paying sub contractors, suppliers, or sales reps and committing illegal acts under insurance laws to name a few.
2017

FOX Construction Group files Texas LLC

With aspirations to grow a roofing business, FOX began developing its systems and value proposition to educate and inform customers on their roofing options. FOX aimed to create a win-win for every customer, knowing all parties involved could be happy
2020

FOX’s Breakthrough Year of Growth and Market Domination

FOX makes its first five hires half way through the year, putting them through intensive training to get them to speed. Armed with top tier marketing material and a value added pitch the new FOX team was able to sign over 150+ roofs in a new market and completely dominate the area, all coming with great referrals and 5 star reviews.
2021

Expansion and Unrivaled Success in Roofing Solutions

Building on the momentum from 2020, FOX hires another 15 sales representatives building the team to a total of 21. Our teams began working the DFW and Austin, Texas markets. We held a big recruitment training event at Lowe’s in Arlington by the Texas Ranger Ball Park and Cowboys Stadium. The team was able to close out another 250+ roofs in 2021 and prove themselves as a top competitor in the market saving several millions of dollars for homeowners in the area working claims through insurance.
2022

FOX Roofing Expands into Solar Amid Market Shifts in Texas

Texas sees a boom in the interest in solar and FOX Roofing follows suit by offering a suite of new installs, repairs, upgrades and maintenance to solar customers in the area. Roofing seemed to slow down across the state with a lack of hail storms.
2023

FOX Adapts to Industry Shifts with Retail Roofing Solutions

Insurance companies are showing signs of unfair claim handling (far more than usual). Price increases in material and labor on top of catastrophic events like Hurricane Ian prove a difficult feat for the insurance carriers. Insurance policies are now pushing more liability to the customer through higher deductibles, more expensive policies and a massive reduction in “replacement cost value” benefits. To combat this FOX begins to focus on retail roofing options for our clients.
2024

FOX Launches Maintenance Programs to Lead in Roofing Expertise

FOX implements maintenance programs for commercial and residential clients. In an attempt to prolong the life of all roofs as insurance companies seek to deny anything that crosses their desk is becoming a must. Proper documentation of a roofs integrity year over year helps prepare our clients for their next roof replacement whether the need is caused by natural wear and tear or a catastrophic event such as hail - FOX is establishing themselves as the go to roofing experts.
